E-UI Administration

Because of the differences between Merchant 2 and Merchant 3, the E-UI configuration is slightly different between versions.

Merchant 3 allows you to specify Images to replace the standard Form Buttons so these configuration options are not provided by version 3 of the E-UI. Other configuration options that are now "standard" with Merchant 3 have also been removed from the E-UI.
