The information you provide on this Form allows you to Register the software that was purchased from a Distributor or to change your password. Our use of this information is solely to verify that you are qualified to download updates to the software.

We do not Set or Read Cookies except when placing orders via our On-Line Ordering system. When placing an Order, Cookies are used to facilitate the ordering process.

Our Server Software automatically records your IP Address as well as every Web Page you View and every File you Download. This information is used internally to generate Web Statistics Reports. We may share our server logs with any law enforcement authority or the financial institution that issued your credit card (if you placed an online order).

Sharing of Information

Aside from the previously mentioned third parties involved in the processing of your order, we do not share your personally identifiable information with any other entities.

We do not Sell, Rent, or Lease our Customer Database, nor do we automatically subscribe you to FAX or E-Mail lists.
