After the initial period, support may be obtained on a per incidence, fee based, basis. Minor software updates may be downloaded free of charge, as they become available. Major updates are available for a nominal upgrade fee. Support is provided only for the software as originally distributed. Custom modifications not made or sanctioned by GAP Development Company are not supported. Support is not provided for free software, other than via E-Mail. |
